Our process begins with a collaborative meeting and site visit in Colorado to understand your unique space and goals. We’ll develop a customized design proposal for the project. Upon approval, we take precise measurements and engage in an in-depth discussion about your vision and budget, ensuring a clear path forward for your home transformation.
Schematic Design & Proposal
Our team develops a bespoke interior and exterior design concept, incorporating your lifestyle and aspirations. This concept is presented for your review, followed by up to 2 revisions to ensure perfect alignment with your expectations. Upon approval, we finalize the creative direction for your project.
Design Development & Refinement
With the schematic design approved, our team refines the project, creating detailed 2D AutoCAD plans and high-end 3D renderings. We handle all material selections to bring your project to life, ensuring a cohesive, professional, and comprehensive architectural-grade final product.
Implementation & Project Management
We partner with trusted Colorado contractors, landscapers, and remodelers to bring your project to life. Our team manages the entire process, overseeing execution and ensuring adherence to plans. Bonus: If you proceed with construction through our network, the design fee will be waived.
